The delivery time is counted in working days, that is, it does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

The delivery time of the products varies according to the region. It will be informed at the time of purchase and also depends on the approval of your payment. After payment is confirmed, your order takes from 1 (one) to 2 (two) business days to be separated, after this period, the term of the Post Office is added.

The period for carrying out the exchange depends on the availability of the product in stock. We will inform you by email or phone. If there is no product in stock, you can choose another similar or the same value on our website.

The consumer has a reflection period of 7 (seven) consecutive days, from the date of receipt of the product, to withdraw. The counting of the period starts from the day immediately after contracting or receiving the product. Counting is not interrupted on weekends or holidays.

In case of any kind of delay, please contact us at the most 20 (twenty) days after the date of posting to activate those responsible for deliveries. After 30 (thirty) days from the date of posting, it is not possible to register the complaint.
